新冠肺炎疫情发展初期，得益于中国采取的严格管控措施，两国之间迅速切断人流往来，病*在柬埔寨境内并未发生大的传播现象，在唯一一例中国籍确诊病例治愈之后，柬埔寨实现了零感染。然而，柬埔寨当局对此次疫情的重视程度仍旧不够，并且出于对经济、*治、社会各方面的考虑，柬埔寨境内并未采取较为严格有力的预防措施，除停止了某些大型活动之外，民众并未提起足够的警觉，人口流动频繁，内外交流不断，甚至一度鼓励境内旅游业发展。三月上旬，由于欧美国家的认识不足、防控不力，欧美国家疫情开始大规模暴发，由此引爆全球疫情，柬埔寨也开始沦陷。本文旨在分析柬埔寨境内的疫情发展过程与柬埔寨针对疫情所做的应对措施。
